   In the event of a data breach affecting personal data collected by Phaos, we are obligated to: a. Promptly assess whether the breach is notifiable to the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore (PDPC).

   A notifiable data breach is one that: a. Results in or is likely to result in significant harm to affected individuals. b. Is or is likely to be of significant scale.

   Upon notifying the PDPC, Phaos may be directed to notify affected individuals. Although no timeline is prescribed for notifying affected individuals, Phaos will endeavour to do so without undue delay.

8. Your Choices

   You have the right to withdraw your consent given hereunder, whether in part or as a whole. However, your withdrawal of consent could result in certain legal consequences arising from such withdrawal.

   In this regard, depending on the extent of your withdrawal of consent for us to process your personal data, it may mean that we will not be able to properly execute and/or manage your purchase or lease of our products or services; any contract into which you have entered with us may have to be terminated; etc. Should you wish to withdraw your consent in part or whole except for any ongoing legal action involvement, or where the personal data is required for the carrying out of business operations, such as to generate annual reports or performance forecasts, please send an email to our Data Protection Officer at [email protected] and provide details of your withdrawal.
